DILA looks for the following skills in a potential business partner
Must be an entrepreneur with a passion to excel in the IT education industry.
Must have the necessary finance to invest in the venture.
Should be an individual having good local market knowledge and willing to devote time for business development.

DILA Franchisee investment will vary from Rupees 2 Lacs to 5 Lacs depending on the town/city. It would take approximately 30-45 days to start the operations of the centre from the time of signing the MOU. The Franchisee Agreement can be signed anytime after signing the MOU. All affiliation fees is to be paid at the time of signing the MOU and the security deposit by way of Bank Guarantee is to be submitted at the time of signing the Franchisee agreement.

The business partner can also use the existing setup to start operations provided the technical infrastructure requirements are met with and approved by DILA. In this case the initial investment can come down drastically.

We believe that as in any other business, the returns would depend on the marketing efforts put in and order fulfillment. A profitability of 25-40% can be achieved within a period of 12 months from the full commencement of the Centre as per our experience and the current market conditions.
